Alpha Nur is working on the frontier of sustainable energy, delivering secure power to critical-need operations. We’re working to to construct and deploy a fleet of small modular nuclear reactors to large entities in need of clean, reliable energy. We sell electricity, hydrogen, and heat on a per unit basis.

Our customers include government entities such as the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We also seek to serve civilian entities such as data centers and microgrids.

Alpha Nur has raised funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, and has been through multiple accelerator and business development programs including the University of Chicago College New Venture Challenge, The UChicago I-Corps Program, The UChicago Build Accelerator, and Nuclear Innovation Bootcamp 2022.
