With the Business Model Canvas (based on the book Design a Better Business: A Handbook For Visionaries, Game Changers and Challengers), you will be able to look at your business idea from different angles to ensure that what you are envisioning is a viable business model. This workshop will give you the tools to describe, design, and challenge your business model in order to ultimately develop a better product. All levels of wantrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend -- just come prepared with an idea for a business.
