Description:
Being an entrepreneur is one of the hardest jobs you can have. When you add in the quotient of being an entrepreneur of color, the level of difficulty can increase dramatically in traditional technology and business spaces. However, with these difficulties can also come distinct opportunities.

Join us in hearing the unique stories and perspectives of four Latinx entrepreneurs as they talk about their unconventional path to building a company.

In 2015 Dávila was featured as one of 21 Chicagoans in the Chicago Reader 2015 People Issue. Since opening Mi Tocaya in March of 2017, Davila and her restaurant have received numerous accolades and awards from Bon Appetit Magazine, Chicago Michelin Guide, James Beard, Food & Wine Magazine, Jean Banchet, Eater Chicago, and Plate Magazine.
