The award-winning Center for Creative Leadership has developed this 1.5 day workshop, followed by a 4 month on-line action plan to help women in STEM fields succeed and meet their career goals. Based on CCL's decades of research, the Advancing Technical Women program provides practical methods and tools to address the challenges technical women face in any company or organization.
