As Vice President & General Manager of DCG Services, Laura Laltrello leads the worldwide Services organization that provides support for Lenovo’s datacenter customers. She continuously drives improvements and focus to deliver a seamless customer-centric experience. She has a passion for solving core business problems through analytics, optimization, and innovation.

Laura is a respected, reputable leader known for fostering cooperation and engagement to develop and retain talent. As a global Business Operations and Strategy Executive, her experience spans 21 years in the Server and PC Industries for Fortune 500 Companies. For the past 11 years, she has been an executive in business operations, strategy, marketing, and services, in both regional and worldwide roles. She draws on this breadth of experience to provide a unique perspective to solve end-to-end business challenges.

Laura joined Lenovo in May 2005 as part of the IBM PC acquisition. Prior to leading Services, she was Vice President of the DCG Operations Group during the acquisition and integration of the IBM System X business.

As a passionate advocate for STEM education Laura founded Lenovo’s first NAF Academy Internship Program for High School students. She also serves on the board at the Academy of IT for Chapel Hill Schools.

She was recognized by Working Mother magazine as ‘Lenovo’s 2017 Working Mother of the Year’ for her efforts in building Lenovo’s working women community through WILL and mentoring colleagues about growth and balance as a working parent, personally and professionally.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Mathematics from Clemson University and currently resides in Chapel Hill, NC with husband and daughter. As outdoor enthusiasts, they enjoy mountain and road biking, kayaking, hiking and paddle boarding.
