An entrepreneur since 2010, she has launched two successful business, doubled her monthly income, and created a true life by design, all while raising a six-year-old son. Awatif Yahya started her career in IT with a BSc in Information Technology from Leeds University, U.K, then pivoted to business functions, and obtained an MBA through a Fulbright Scholarship. She has fifteen years of industry work experience; ten of which are with British American Tobacco where her last role was Head of HR sitting on the executive board.
Awatif is passionate about organizations that are inspiring, motivating, safe and fun workplaces. She would like to see more organizations take the lead in employee development and engagement.
