Think Like A Startup :: Cracking the Code on Diversity and Inclusion in Chicago Tech, is a 90 minute “think tank” style workshop. #DandIThinkTank brings together startup founders, investors, tech executives, tech professionals, students, and other stakeholders in Chicago's tech ecosystem for a CANDID working session.

In 90 minutes, we work together, inside the TLAS format, to identify and align on the THREE most impactful, measurable solutions that could be implemented immediately, to begin to deal with the top challenge that the stakeholders in that room identify that Chicago's tech ecosystem is facing, as it relates to D&I. The manufactured environment is designed with time constraints and unexpected changes to group dynamics, and thus forces participants to quickly identify, categorize, prioritize and crowd-source identification of problems and solutions as one cohesive team.
