Can Agile practices work in machine learning, AI, or even data center migrations? Are some projects just not suitable for agile?
For example, analytics projects require a high degree of collaboration between product and development teams. Data understanding and even architecture often drives requirements, putting product managers in an uncomfortable role.
Or, what about data center migrations? This is one of the most complex, highest risk, and potentially disruptive things IT can do to a business. Should they be managed using Agile?
