This fall, join the Pinterest and 1871/ITA teams for an informative, insight-packed half-day summit. This program is targeted to help you take a 360 degree look at your career to identify growth opportunities in your current trajectory, evaluate possible paths forward and shape your personal brand as we move into 2021.

During this half-day program, we are looking forward to bringing you two tracks of content, allowing you to personalize your experience and maximize the impact. Both tracks will enable you to examine your growth opportunities and shape your personal brand and future.

We will be joined by a number of expert speakers representing diverse backgrounds and experiences. Each will share – through both individual and panel presentations – their experiences along the path to their current career, tips for building a strong network, and overall advice for success wherever your path takes.

• Track 1 - Career Path
  • Featuring sessions focused on career pathing and development, speakers will share with you best practices on evaluating your current opportunities, steps towards taking new paths forward, and how (and when!) to take the sometimes unnerving jump into a new role or company.
• Track 2 - Building Your Brand
  • During this track, our expert speakers will share tips and tricks for determining if your personal brand is strong enough, how to masterfully build a network that is not only powerful but helpful, how you can stand out from the crowd, and finding the right mentor to boost your personal and professional growth.
